Solving a Common Pain Point for E-Commerce Owners
Anyone running a LINE Official Account is familiar with this scenario: a customer asks on LINE, “When will my order arrive?” But when you open the LINE Official Account dashboard, all you see is an unfamiliar friend name that doesn’t match the member name on your website — and you have no idea what this LINE member purchased or what their order status is.
To solve this problem, our team spent three months in development, interviewing multiple e-commerce business owners who manage LINE Official Accounts on the front lines. Based on their feedback, we built this customer management solution specifically designed for WooCommerce.
Four Core Features
1. Friend Management
Currently, the LINE Official dashboard cannot proactively send messages to newly added friends or those who haven’t sent a message yet. Through this plugin, new friends can be directly imported into the website’s member database. Three import methods are supported: automatic import when a friend sends a message, import from website members, and import from LINE Official Account. Combined with LINE login plugins like OrderNotify, you can directly link friends to website members and view their order data during chat.
2. Real-Time Chat
Send messages to LINE friends directly from the WordPress admin dashboard, supporting both desktop and mobile. The chat interface integrates member data, order lookup, tag management, and notes. It supports sending text, images, stickers, product cards, preset message templates, and scheduled messages, with the ability to reply to specific previous messages. Click an order number to display order details in the same view, reducing time wasted switching between screens.
3. Targeted Broadcasting
Integrate WooCommerce order records for precision marketing broadcasts. Filter audiences based on purchase history — for example, promote specific products to customers who haven’t purchased them, recommend upgrade plans to VIP customers, or promote store events to customers in specific regions. Supports text, images, video, and Flex Messages, with personalized information such as member data and order details.
4. AI-Powered Customer Service Bot
Integrating OpenAI technology with the WooCommerce database and Function Calling, the AI doesn’t just chat — it can actually take actions: automatically query order information, search product specifications, prices, and inventory in real time, intelligently match FAQ knowledge base entries, and identify complex issues to seamlessly transfer to human agents.

This plugin has entered a stable phase and is a LINE management tool our team uses daily. To support more diverse use cases across different industries, we decided to open-source it. Everyone is welcome to use it freely, and we welcome community contributions and feedback.
